What can I say, best rental car experience to date, and I rent quite frequently. 

Daniel, the representative who greeted me was excellent, super welcoming, very good English and super willing to help and provide all the necessary information in the most professional way possible. Biggest plus of the visit, Daniel took the time to thoroughly go round the car with me to look and double check for every possible scratch and damage and he even very kindly gave a quick lift to my next destination. A+ service, if you go here ask for Daniel!

Every time when I come to Romania I use Autonom from Cluj-Napoca and I recommend this company to all the people and friends who are interested in renting top cars that comes along with an outstanding customer service. 

The cars are well equipped, clean and with low mileage, in one word, are new. The staff is very friendly, happy to help and to satisfy all your needs. Excellent customer service, car was almost new (only 20k kilometers on the dash) and very clean. 

They didn't have the car we requested but we were given a free upgrade. The pickup and drop off were easy and we were given rides from and back home.

A few days ago we returned from a full 7 days holiday in Romania (Cluj Napoca), we also read a lot stories about the rental companies and we had a lot of concerns before we decided to rent the car with Autonom 

We paid a holding deposit of 1000 € that was refunded when we returned the car after 7 days. To our great surprise the service was excellent and after 20 minutes we got the vehicle that served us perfectly for 1480 kilometers we did in Romania. and his fuel consumption was incredible Return car was simple and without problems And I highly recommend working with a Autonom company and special thanks to Andrei.

Very easy and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The prices are really good and no hidden charges. My family and I have booked 4 or 5 times with them and will be booking a car from them this summer again. Highly recommend. Excellent option as opposed to your usual expensive rental companies.

We rented a Dacia Logan for 2 days from Bucharest airport to make a road trip in Transylvania. 

We were able to make 800km with a single tank, the car was new (only 20 000km) and sufficiently efficient for the roads (countryside and mountain). The service was impeccable with a 24-hour reservation, the ability to register two drivers and the various options including comprehensive insurance that is highly recommended. The price defied all competition and it is better to work this Romanian company rather than an international group.
