June 2010: introduction to our offer of a new SUV model: Dacia DUSTER 4x4
May 2010 : inauguration of a new agency in Oradea city.
April 2010 : inauguration of a new agency in Arad city.
February 2010 : inauguration of a new agency in Craiova city.
January 2010 : inauguration of a new agency in Pitesti city.
October – December 2009 : by opening agencies in Ploiesti and Roman, Autonom reaches 26 locations in 16 cities.
June 2009 : introduction to our offer of a new SUV model: Nissan X-Trail.
May 2009 : inauguration of a new agency in Botosani city.
March 2009: introduction to our offer of a new model: Skoda Octavia Tour
September 2008 : inauguration of a a new agency in Focsani city.
June 2008 : the car fleet reaches 500 cars.
April 2008 : the car fleet reaches 400 cars.
March 2008 : 6 months after starting the Customer Satisfaction survey, the figures show a global mark of 4.4 out of 5.
March 2008 : launch of the new version of the www.autonom.com website
February 2008 : a new product is introduced – the Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW), an additional insurance that reduces to zero the damage exceeds.
December 2007 : Client number 10,000.
January – November 2007 : by opening agencies in Brasov, Cluj, Sibiu, Targu Mures and Timisoara, Autonom reaches 21 locations and becomes the only car rental network in Romania with national coverage.
December 2006 : the introduction of an online reservations platform, on the www.autonom.com website.
June 2006 : at the customer’s request, Autonom signs the first long-term rental contracts (operational leasing).
May 2006: the Autonom fleet exceeds 100 cars.
January – June 2006 : the first part of the national expansion – in the cities of Bacau, Bucuresti, Iasi, Suceava, Constanta and Galati.
December 2005 : the results of the first year validate the business model; a decision was taken to create a national car rental network.
January – December 2005 : the car rental service is a success; the clients discover and appreciate this alternative.
January 2005 : launching of the Pilot Agency in Piatra Neamt, with an initial fleet of 5 vehicles.
